Notes from Your Membership Chair

Thank You, Timbergrove Manor! Our Membership Contest was a HUGE success! Thank you to everyone that participated and supported TMCC by becoming a member in 2019. We ended up having two winners for the contest!

Representing blocks that have 20 or fewer homes on them, Block Captain Dede Ritchey's blocks of 6203 – 6235 Lindyann Lane & 1503 – 1603 W TC Jester Blvd. had a total of 78% membership!

Representing blocks that have 30 or more homes on them, Block Captain Elizabeth McCormick's block of 6302 – 6427 Waltway Drive had a total of 58% membership!

The Membership Committee split up to host the National Night Out Party on October 1 on both blocks. Both blocks had an outstanding turnout. There was lots of food, wine, and laughter on both blocks. The Waltway Drive block was even treated to a visit from local law enforcement.

During the festivities, a Corn Hole Tournament was held. I'm happy to announce that Doug Spreen of Waltway Drive has officially been crowned 2019 Reigning Corn Hole Champion of Timbergrove Manor!

One of my favorite things that I took away from National Night Out this year in Timbergrove Manor was that most of our residents don't call it that. Instead, they call it Neighbor Night Out. Neighbor Night Out reflects our neighborhood well, and the sentiment of it comes from the heart!
