Did You Know There Are 88 Super Neighborhoods in Houston?

Together, Timbergrove Manor and Lazybook make up the official city-sanctioned Super Neighborhood 14, also known as SN14.

Super neighborhoods were created by the City of Houston to encourage residents, civil organizations, institutions and businesses of neighboring communities to work together to identify, prioritize and address the concerns of the broader community.

The leadership of each Super Neighborhood works individually with elected officials representing the community to address the needs and also works collectively with the leaders of other Super Neighborhoods to address common issues and present them to our elected officials.

The leadership of SN14 also collaborates with the leadership of SN15, representing the Greater Heights to our east, and SN22, Washington Avenue Coalition/Memorial Park, due to the proximity of those areas as well as some common challenges within the communities.
