It was announced in early April that the City of Houston resumed accepting glass in curbside recycling bins. While the designated glass recycling centers that residents previously had to visit will remain open, city residents can once again recycle glass curbside. A newly opened recycling facility in Northeast Houston is outfitted with advanced technology and will handle the city’s glass recycling, the Houston Chronicle reported.
