Crime in Timbergrove Manor

“Thank you” to more than a dozen hard-working volunteers who gathered to stuff and address solicitation letters while also enjoying some good food and the company of neighbors. What a great neighborhood! Due to the generosity of these volunteers, and from responding neighbors, we’ve seen a recent bump in contributions for both TMCC membership and private security subscriptions. We have now reached 86% of our 2017 security fundraising goal. Thank you again to the volunteers and donors who continue to support Timbergrove Manor!

Your support is timely. Based on preliminary crime stat reviews, 31 incidents have been reported to the authorities in 2017, putting us on track to exceed last year’s volume of neighborhood crimes. While burglaries and auto thefts continue on a downward trend from prior years, general theft activity is picking up. This is especially true of tailgate thefts.
